Dear Sir,
We understand your distress at not having received any intimation from us for over a month. The fault is wholly ours; we should have informed you promptly on receipt of your order that the manufacturer had failed to supply the “KARTAL” despite repeated requests from us to this effect. Only recently we come to know that the manufacturer had temporarily suspended production of this item, for reasons best known to them.
It is not possible for us to say just when the manufacturer would start production of the item. Until then, we request you bear with us.
